About Ranbeer Singh Background-

Ranveer Singh was born as Ranveer Bhavnani on 6 July 1985 in Mumbai to Jagjit Singh Bhavnani and Anju Bhavnani. He has an elder sister Ritika Bhavnani. He did his early college in H.R. College of Commerce and Economics, Mumbai and went to United States to pursue a Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University, Bloomington. He is very passionate towards acting, dancing and also focused on creative writting. After completing his studies and coming back to Mumbai in 2007, he worked for a few years as a copywriter with agencies like O&M and JWT. Then, he started working as an Assistant Director, but left it to pursue acting.

Ranveer Singh always wanted to be an actor from his childhood days and therefore participated in plays and debates in school. He said that, "I was a very filmy kid. I used to watch TV and get very influenced by Bollywood". After his graduation, he grabbed the opportunity in Yash Raj Films, venture "Band Baaja Baaraat" in 2010. For this film he has won the Filmfare Award for the "Best Male Debut" Award at the 56th Filmfare Awards.

Education

Ranveer attended junior college at H.R. College of Commerce and Economics in Mumbai. Later he moved to United States to pursue his Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University, Bloomington.

Girlfriend

The 28-year-old Ranveer Singh, who is already been tagged the 'loverboy' of Bollywood, is very much in the news along with his alleged girlfriend, the diva of the bollywood Deepika Padukone. They are immensely seeing each other. Ranveer is very careful about Deepika and always follow her even to the shooting sets. Earlier Ranveer was said to be in a serious relationship with his Band Baaja Baarat co-star Anushka Sharma.
